Grill a cheese sammich in coconut oil and you'll never go back to butter. Ever.
I use Alvarado Street Bakery Sprouted Flax bread. It's high in protein, not too high in carbs, and only 50 calories per slice. We also found almond cheese that is amazing at sprouts. We have mozarella, cheddar, and pepperjack. Actually, we rarely have pepperjack because as soon as I buy it, Wilberforce has eaten it. He puts the whole brick in his gigantron omelette every morning.
Put dijon mustard and grape preserves on a sandwich. You're welcome.
I eat this errrry day at work. Baked squash, steamed broccoli, cocoa pumpkin fluff, maple chicken (or tuna or salmon), and PB2 sauce. Sprinkled with cinnamon and I'm a happy camper. The coworkers? Not so much. Especially if it's a fish kinda day. Apparently not everyone likes the smell of fish.
Strange.
Cute little pancakes on top of mangoes and strawbabies. Quick little snack between snacks at work. Cause that's how I roll, yo.
