What? Christmas was over two weeks ago? Whatever.
Christmas Eve morning, I woke up and made Wilberforce Pumpkin Ginger Waffles.
We have a little waffle iron - way neat. The Bad Boys love it...they like helping me pour the pancake mix on the iron, then watch until the light turns green. Morning entertainment at the Clark house.
Top with a little syrup, and those pumpkin ginger waffles were heavenly.
Action shot! Dripping syrup.
This gets exciting. Just wait.
There it was!
Very exciting blog post today.
Wilberforce is wearing his Christmas shirt.
He looks confused. I think maybe I stole a bite of waffle from him.
We threw some pecans on them, too.
He made it through half the stack and the whole top waffle. Apparently, one man cannot comfortably eat four giant waffles in one sitting. Hmmm.
'Nother action shot for ya before we wrap this up.
Ok, enough about waffles.

I've started doing something I never thought I would do.
Running.
A few friends and I are training to run a 5K. Oddly enough, I'm really enjoying it. As in, I look forward to going to the gym every day.
Also never thought I would say that.
We're weight training too, and I'm getting calluses on my hands from the weights. I feel very legit with my weight lifting calluses. Yeah, buddy.
So...I shall let you know how the 5K goes. It's in April, so I have a while to work up to my goal, eh?
