Here's a couple videos from my phone to share with you. Mainly for you, Old Man.
This is during the 5k up in Estes Park. We had just passed the two mile mark, finished the out of control downhill run, and were just passing the time. Shooting a video while running is hard work, man! I had to pull my phone out of my arm band, shoot the video without tripping, type a tag line, post the video, and put my phone back in the arm band and put the arm band back on my arm...all while running.
And this is us being super lazy today. We food prepped, worked out, watched TV, and blogged. That's all.
