 Wilberforce asked me to teach him to make a mug cake.  So I did.  He's a fast learner.

 We really do wear shoes when we work out.  He was just starting his workout, and I was just finishing up.  We were in the middle of foot wear change.  Fo' reals.
 Today was Back and Bis for me.  I gotta eat more.  Feed them thar musckles.
 Like I've said before, if you don't look like a circus performer when you work out, you don't put enough effort into your workout swag.

And the puzzle is DONE.  2000 pieces of frustration.  Yeah baby.

There we are.  That pretty much sums up the Clarkpharm Staycation of April '13.  Thanks to the monster 8 inches and counting of snow we're getting right now, it's been a pretty uneventful week.
