Baked QuestBars = Heaven

Best thing you ever ate can come in a foil wrapper.
Questbars are amazing on their own.  They are definitely a staple in my diet ("diet" as in the dictionary term...not as in "I'm on a diet").  However, if you pop one of those babies in the oven for 5-8 minutes on 350F, then broil a minute...
...you've got yourself a little piece of heaven right thur.
The chocolate chip cookie dough flavor is what started the whole craze on Instagram.
Duh.  If it's called "cookie dough", why not bake it?
So I tried it with half a left-over Banana Nut Muffin Questbar.
Not disappointed.

I may never eat a "raw" Questbar at home again.  Do you think I could bring a toaster oven to work with me?

  1. Omg, I just did the SAME thing! I had my first baked "cookie dough" last week so I tried the banana nut over the weekend...it was pretty tasty, but still can't hold a candle to the cookie dough! Lol I can't wait to try it with the brownie one!

    1. Did you try brownie yet? I tried it but over baked it - of course you could light a brownie Questbar on fire and I would still think it was amazing. I'll have to try again to perfect the crust and ooey gooey ness. The hubbs baked a chocolate peanut butter one - may or may not have snuck a bite while he wasn't looking. Shh.
