I have created gloriousness.
Dessert pizza. Totally 100% healthy. And delicious. And rivaling the blueberry dessert pizza at Pizza Ranch.
That's right, Dad. It's pretty much almost that good. Now if only I could figure out how to make their broasted chicken...
Anyways, it's pretty freaking good, so do yourself a favor and make a pan of this...and eat it all by yourself. Or share it. I would eat it myself, but that's just me. And I have an emotional attachment to dessert pizza that I'm unable to control.
So share.
Blackberry Dessert Pizza
Ingredients:
1 dessert pizza crust
1/2 cup frozen blackberries
1/4-1/2 tsp Stevia
1/2 cup non fat greek yogurt
2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
2 tbsp oat flour
1 tbsp rolled oats
1 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp Stevia in the Raw (cup for cup)
1/4 tsp caramel extract
Bake pizza crust as directed.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine blackberries and 1/4 tsp Stevia in small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a light boil and simmer; mash well. Add 2 tbsp greek yogurt; add more Stevia to taste.
In a separate bowl, combine applesauce, oat flour, rolled oats, brown sugar blend, cinnamon and Stevia in the Raw; use a fork to cut all the ingredients together to create to streusel. Add any additional spices/extracts you would like.
Spread blackberry filling over crust, leaving 1/2 inch filling-free around the edges. Top with streusel. Bake in oven for 3 to 5 minutes to crisp the streusel. Meanwhile, combine remaining greek yogurt, caramel extract, and Stevia to taste. Add a bit of unsweetened almond milk or water to thin out drizzle, if needed.
Remove pizza from oven, top with drizzle. Enjoy!
