Memory Lane

A few friends from high school went to see Backstreet Boys and New Kids On The Block in concert.  Jealous.

They posted pictures on Facebook, so I took a little trip down memory lane on iTunes.  Four downloaded albums later, I'm jamming out to classic N'sync and Backstreet Boys.  Wilberforce thinks I'm crazy.

What happened to boy bands?  How are teenage girls growing up without the likes of Nick Carter and Justin Timberlake?  It's a sad world we live in these days.

My world, however, is no longer sad.  It is happy and full of "Tearin' Up My Heart", "Quit Playing Games With My Heart", and other songs about my heart and your heart and stuff.  *sigh*

I noticed in the pictures on FB, the audience members were women in their late twenties to late thirties.  No teeny boppers.  Oh, and men who looked bored out of their minds or in a serious amount of pain.  I'm assuming they tagged along to make sure their wives/girlfriends didn't try to run off with a band member.  Good thinking.

Here's a little guy from one of the shoots I did while visiting Iowa.  I'm starting to get the hang of my black and white conversions, me thinks.
Tomorrow is Saturday in the ClarkPharm house.  To the golf course we shall go.

To all of you going back to work after a wonderful weekend spent anywhere but work...sucks to be you!  :)
