Temper Tantrum

Here's a little story:

Once upon a time, Will and Amanda were driving down the road.

Will was being very cautious due to the wind, snow, and ice.  Ten and two.  Ten and two.
Will said something funny.  Amanda laughed.  Amanda called Will a "jackwagon".

Will threw a tantrum.  Will held his breath until Amanda said "sorry" for calling Will a "jackwagon".
Will held his breath for a very long time.

The end.

We bought a puzzle to put together during the cold weather.

There is less than a half inch of snow on the ground, and every school in the area was closed today.  I was confused.  A girl at work informed me school was cancelled because of the cold.  It was five degrees.

Seriously?

Definitely not cold enough to cancel school.  I don't think it's ever cold enough to cancel school.  Pretty sure schools have furnaces, yes?
Today was not that cold, and here is why:  Walking into work today, I breathed in as deep as I could...and my nostrils did not freeze shut.

But anyways, what was I saying?

Oh yeah, puzzles.

There was a day when William wouldn't help me with puzzles.  He whined that I found the pieces he was looking for.  This is a conspiracy, he would say.  You're cheating, he would say.

He helps me now.  In fact, I came home from work and he had finished almost the entire puzzle.  Almost.

I didn't want you to yell at me for finishing it, he would say...I mean, he said.
