Skinny Butterscotch Caramel Frappuccino

I love Starbucks.  I love Human Bean.  I love any place that smells like coffee.  I also loved my kitchen this morning because Wilberforce was making coffee.

Mmmmm....coffee.

Not a big fan of drinking a cup o' joe, but I'll stick my nose in it and suck up all the smells.

Gross.  That sounds weird.

Anyways, I created a little somethin' somethin' yesterday morning that made Wilberforce very happy.
And when Wilberforce is happy, I'm happy.
 Skinny Butterscotch Caramel Frappuccino

Makes 2 servings

1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1/4 cup non fat cottage cheese
1-2 tsp Jello SF/FF butterscotch instant pudding dry mix
2 tsp PB2 powder
1 tsp SF caramel syrup
1 packet instant coffee powder
16 oz glass of ice
1/2-1 1/2 cup water

Toss all the ingredients (use only 1/2 cup water to start) into a blender and mix until smooth. Add water as necessary to reach the consistency you prefer.

Pour into two glasses and relish the fact that you didn't just spend $5 on an over priced, over sugared, over fattened (huh?) Starbucks drink.

How creamy and delicious looking is that?  And yes, it tastes just as great, if not better, than the caramel frap at the drive thru.
You could easily change up the flavors with different pudding mixes or flavored extracts.  Or sugar free chocolate syrup.  Or a diet hot chocolate mix to make a mocha frap!

I can't wait to get our workout over with for the day so we can whip up a couple of these babies!

The End.
