Distressed Mirror, Part Two

Working on a project before going to work always makes me feel more productive.  And makes the real workday a little less depressing.

Our little mirror survived the night in the scary garage...and spider free!

I dry brushed the light tan color over the silver sage coat.

I use a very technical technique.  A paint brush and a paper towel.

I was so excited about my $12 mirror, I barely gave it enough time to dry before I drug it inside and stuck it on the mantle.

I think he'll be happy in his new home.

Holy crap.  I need to paint the back of that alcove.  That orangey-gold-brown-beige is killing me.
