Book Signing Bummer

Saturday - work = awesomeness.

Will drinks coffee.  I don't.  Will took this photo.  I didn't.  Will doesn't like the name "Will".  I do.

In the past 6 months I've stumbled upon a couple of blogs that I found interesting.  And every day, I check those blogs to read the newest entries.  The blogs are listed to the right of this post under "Daily Reads" or something similar.

"The Pioneer Woman" is one such blog.  The lady who writes the blog is hilarious.  She also has an interest in photography, cooking, and buying things.  Hmmm.

Anyways, long story short, PW wrote a book, is currently on a book tour, William took me to her signing in Denver today (cause it's my birthday week), we got there 15 minutes after it started,  pulled ticket number 434,  educated guess from fellow book-signing-goer was that it would be 5 hours before I would get my book signed, we left with unsigned book, the end.

Bummer

I don't think he was bummed.  I think he was thanking his lucky stars that I didn't want to wait the 5 hours to have my book signed.

I think he would have waited with me.  If I had wanted.

I bet he hopes my birthday week is over sooner, rather than later.
